Judo - Explorers (9-11 years old)

Are you bursting with energy? This judo course is the perfect way to channel your energy and have fun at the same time! You'll learn the basics of judo, both on the ground and standing up, as you discover techniques for rolling over, immobilising, falling and throwing. In the form of games and dynamic situations, you'll let off steam and have fun through the different exercises and the little judokas' fights!
Equipment required: loose-fitting trousers.

Activity (in French) from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm + Language course from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
