For Discoverers (6-8 years), Explorers (9-11 years) and Teens (12-17 years).

As a tennis beginner, you'll learn the technical basics you need to get into exchanges and games as quickly as possible. If you are an experienced player, a programme of improvement awaits you. Every day, you'll make a new recipe using quality seasonal produce, while learning about balanced nutrition! A tasting session will be held at the end of the week... You'll learn the basics of judo, both on the ground and standing up, as you discover techniques for rolling over, immobilising, falling and throwing. In the form of games and dynamic situations, you'll let off steam and have fun through the different exercises and the little judokas' fights! Equipment required: loose-fitting trousers.
