A real boost !
Two classes per week for solid results without overloading yourself.
Perfect if you want to see results quickly without disrupting your routine.

These courses are offered at our centers in Brussels and Louvain-la-Neuve, as well as via VISIO (100% live).

Classes are held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for 7.5 weeks. Sessions begin in October, January, and April.
